I specialise in relationships and interpersonal issues, depression, social anxiety and sex-related problems, with a special interest in loneliness. I offer a holistic and eclectic approach, integrating various therapies to tailor treatment to your unique needs and helping you develop effective coping strategies.

How It Works
Initial Consultation
The first step is a free 20-min video consultation, This consultation offers you a confidential space to share the challenges you are currently facing and ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. You can ask any questions, raise any concerns, and get a sense of how I work. We will also discuss what you would like to achieve through therapy and consider the most suitable approach for your individual needs. To book your initial consultation, please send an email.

Therapy Process
Once we decide to work together, therapy sessions will take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your preferences and needs. Each session lasts 50 minutes and offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you. I use an integrative approach informed by evidence-based practices, tailoring our work to suit your goals. Together, we will identify obstacles, develop new strategies, and build deeper self-awareness to support lasting change. Sessions are held online via secure video platform.
