My goal is to work towards emotional stability, improved relationships, and effective stress management, empowering you to embrace your journey and cultivate a life of fulfilment and peace.
 

I am a Psychologist and a PhD candidate. I specialise in relationship and interpersonal issues, depression, social anxiety and sex-related problems, with a special interest in loneliness. I offer a holistic and eclectic approach, integrating various therapies to tailor treatment to your unique needs and helping you develop effective coping strategies.
 

Understanding your struggles deeply matters to me. Together, in a safe and empathetic space, we can carefully explore and address the challenges you're facing.
